Pick-Up & DeliveryThe Traver IDC retail space is temporarily closed in order to abide by government regulation and practice safe social distancing- but we’re still available for all of your electrical and power transmission supply needs. Pickups and complimentary deliveries are available.
Repair ServicesWe are continuing to offer repair services to all current and potential customers. To keep our team members and customers safe during this time, we have already implemented a split of the Traver IDC team into two shifts. This gives us coverage to support our customers 7 days a week and the ability to meet and exceed the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us. We are providing our customers with our fastest turnaround times in our 82-year history.
Field ServiceOur field service technicians and electricians are still out in the field ready to support you and your facility. We have equipped our team with the proper PPE to provide service safely. We will continue to monitor the wellbeing of our Traver IDC team members with routine temperature checks to reduce the risk of endangering our customers and other Traver IDC team members.
