Energy Conservation Project Manager

Traver IDC, a Waterbury fourth generation family owned business, is seeking an Energy Conservation Project Manager to join our team of Electro Mechanical professionals. As a full service electrical/mechanical engineering firm and energy service provider, we offer a unique combination of products and services. 

Responsibilities: Office work as well as field work at customer locations throughout Connecticut will include: performing comprehensive energy audits and calculations of energy savings, engineering of project scope including coordination with subcontractors, and preparation of technical reports for the utility company and for customers. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be capable of operating with a minimum of supervision, have strong problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Must have strong project management skills 
• Must be able to work well with people 
• Must be safety minded.
