motor repair - special foreign DC motor repaired on rush emergency breakdown basis; servo armature turned and undercut; DC servo gearmotor overhauled and housing bored and resleeved.

contracting - troubleshoot variable frequency drive (VFD) for condenser pump; troubleshoot and repair 400Hz generators; complete installation of hopper controls including feeders and safety circuits.

supply - products provided to this industry sector include servo motors, operator interfaces, photoelectric sensors, drive isolation transformers, stacklights, 22mm pushbuttons and fuses.

engineering - supply, install, program and test new VFD thus extending factory warranty from 1 to 3 years. We are the sole authorized Cutler Hammer service center in the state of CT. Provide complete line upgrade including multiple operator interface units and custom designed software.

energy conservation - Provide (2) comprehensive energy upgrades and installation of power factor correction capacitors at a single site resulting in over $100,000 per year in energy savings and nearly $10,000 per year in maintenance savings. In addition, the aerospace customer's actions led to 585,292 gallons of oil NOT being burned, enough to provide electricity to 1150 homes for one year.
